As a conference venue the Hilton Lake Taupo has a great range of options for your organisation. Their meeting rooms feature the latest in audiovisual equipment and can cater to large audiences or small intimate gatherings.
Cellar Ballroom
Catering for up to 130 people in a banquet setting or up to 250 for a cocktail reception, this ballroom is an ideal venue to host special events.
Onekeneke Boardroom
Featuring the latest in audio visual equipment, the Onekeneke caters for up to 18 people in a boardroom-style configuration or for a private sit-down dinner.
Cellar Cocktail Lounge
Perfect for small intimate meetings for up to 40 people, product launches and cocktail receptions for a maximum of 90 people.
Thermal Valley View Room
Featuring high glass ceiling and fold away doors opening onto private gardens, this casual space offers a great indoor and outdoor venue for up to 60 people.
