Taupo DeBretts Recognised for 100% Guest Satisfaction

Taupo DeBretts has once again been recognised as much-loved accommodation operator.

The resort has taken out a '100% Reviews' award in the 2014 Travelbug awards - it's third Travelbug award in as many years.

The awards recognise outstanding performance by accommodation operators in New Zealand and are based on the number of bookings made through Travelbug and the quality of guest feedback.

Taupo DeBretts owner Barry Kirkland says customer feedback is essential to any business, helping highlight opportunities for improvement.
